Shane W. Hostetter
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Shane Hostetter joined the Company in 2011. Effective March 1, 2023, Mr. Hostetter was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities include managing the finance organization, including all accounting, FP&A and treasury operations, as well as the Company’s internal audit, enterprise risk management and insurance, and investor relations functions. Prior to this position, Mr. Hostetter served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer from April 2021 through February 2023. Before that, he was Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, from August 2019 until April 2021. Previously, he served as Global Controller and Principal Accounting Officer from September 2014 to July 2019. Over his career at Quaker Houghton, Mr. Hostetter’s responsibilities have spanned all financial aspects of the organization. He has also directed financial diligence for all of the Company’s acquisitions over the past decade, as well as the combination between Quaker Chemical and Houghton International.

Prior to joining Quaker Houghton, Mr. Hostetter held several roles that spanned varying financial functions and responsibilities for Pulse Electronics Corporation (formerly Technitrol, Inc.) from 2005 to 2011. Prior to Pulse, he was an external auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
