QUAKEROL® give the lubrication and cooling performance that is needed for the metal rolling process. Better lubrication gives a cleaner strip surface with less iron fine generation.
MIDAS – Stand-alone, on demand oil application system that can deliever neat oil or an oil-in-water emulsion to the roll bite when extra lubication is needed. Used on the first stand
Harder to run grades of steel require added lubrication. The MIDAS system give the mill stand the lubrication it needs without changing the solution concentration of the other stands. Added lubrication decreases iron-fine generation and leads to better surface quality
