QH FLUIDCONTROL™ DAS 180

QH FLUIDCONTROL™ DAS 180 is a centralized fully automatic die lubricant/ water mixing and delivery system with exceptional stability of lubricant dilution

The system is capable of delivering a maximum flow rate of up to 120 litres per minute, with constant delivery volume of 78 litres (20.6 gallons) of lubricant mixture per minute. The unit has a 50 litre discharge pressure tank, and a mixing tank holding 80 litres of premixed lubricant.

The QH FLUIDCONTROL™ DAS 180 system batch mixes water and lubricant components and through use of real time turbidity measurement technology, ensures consistent mix composition to an accuracy level of ±0.1%. The system is alarmed to ensure error free operation.

The system is PLC driven with HMI for quick and easy access to all settings and parameters. Data is collected for each shot and accessible through reports and alerts in QH FLUIDTREND™, allowing you to optimize your fluids and processes.

QH FLUIDCONTROL™ DAS 180 systems are ideally used in combination (two or more) to ensure uninterrupted supply of lubricant to the manufacturing plant. In such an arrangement the units are software linked and communicate with each other so that in the event of a shutdown (system fault or maintenance) continued supply of lubricant is maintained.
