QH FLUIDCONTROL™ PLA

To provide customers with the complete die casting solution, we have developed the QH FLUIDCONTROL™ PLA plunger lubricant applicator equipment range.

The QH FLUIDCONTROL™ PLA is an advanced plunger lubricant applicator, with PLC control of lubricant delivery, incorporating a touchscreen HMI interface. Data is collected for each shot and accessible through reports and alerts in QH FLUIDTREND™, allowing you to optimize your fluids
and processes. Systems can deliver up to 10 litres per hour of plunger lubricant, in either drop or spray form, and can be used with a wide range of lubricant viscosities.

The system is compatible with Quaker Houghton water free V Series or water based W series lubricants. The lubricant application volume is controllable to an accuracy better than 0.5g per shot and the system be calibrated to give precise volume control for any given lubricant. For large plungers, greater than 100mm diameter, more than one application of lubricant per shot can be applied.
