The QH FLUIDCONTROL™ DAS 150D is an advanced mobile die lubricant delivery system with two dedicated outputs for conventional water based and MQL lubricants. The system has the flexibility to apply both product types at the same time to different die casting cells.
For conventional lubricants, the system is capable of delivering lubricant mixture up to a peak flow rate of 120 litres (31.7 gallons) per minute at 8 bar, or a continuous delivery volume of 50 litres (13.3 gallons) per minute. The unit has a 50 litre discharge pressure tank, and a mixing tank holding 30 litres of premixed lubricant.
The system batch mixes water and neat lubricant components and ensures accurate and repeatable mix composition through continual measurement of added component quantity and real time turbidity of the final mix.
The system is designed to accurately measure and control die lubricaction application volume to the die face with an accuracy of ±0.1%.
For MQL die lubricants, the QH FLUIDCONTROL™ DAS 150D can deliver up to 1.7 litres of water based or water free lubricant per minute.
The system can also be operated in a unique hybrid mode. The system is PLC driven with HMI for quick and easy access to all settings and parameters. Data is collected for each shot and accessible through reports and alerts in QH FLUIDTREND™, allowing you to optimize your fluids and processes.
