The QH FLUIDCAST™ MONO is an advanced mobile die lubricant/water mixing system, with PLC control of dilution and lubricant delivery, incorporating an HMI interface. The system can be connected to up to 4 die casting systems at any one time.
The system is capable of delivering lubricant mixture up to a peak flow rate of 30 litres (7.9 gallons) per minute at 7.5 bar, or a continuous delivery volume of 16 litres (4.2 gallons) per minute. The unit has a 50 litre discharge pressure tank, and a mixing tank holding 30 litres of premixed lubricant.
A PLC controlled predetermined ratio of die lubricant is homogeniously mixed via inline techology. The system batch mixes water and neat lubricant components and ensures accurate and repeatable dilution through continual measurement of real time turbidity of the final mix.
The system is designed to accurately measure and control die lubricaction application volume to the die face with an accuracy of 0.01%. The system is PLC driven with HMI for quick and easy access to all settings and parameters. Multiple data points are logged (flow, pressure, dilution) for every shot made and is accessible through the HMI, or can be uploaded or made available through networking systems.
